Yesterday I decided to massage strangers in public with a few friends. I learned that when we respectfully touch others in this way, we are subconsciously and consciously sending a message that says “I see you, I value you and I care for you”. I discovered there is a tremendous healing power in creating tangible experiences like this.
We gathered in our Continue reading
Remember that we are one and fundamentally united.
Something magical happens during extended eye contact (also called eye gazing or soul gazing). This moment arises when we forget that there’s a “you” and a “me” and we become engulfed in an experience of unity. Personalities, gender, social class, beliefs etc all melt away. And we are left with this recognition of the other as purely a reflection of ourselves. A sparkle of the Continue reading
In a world where people are scared to talk to strangers, knock on their neighbour’s doors, dance, sing, speak their mind or express themselves in public (the very things that came naturally to us as children), isn’t it time we began breaking through these self limiting beliefs?

Last Tuesday we discovered this amazing pay-by-donation Indian restaurant was under threat of closure after recent city construction work had reduced it’s customer base by 50%. I’d been to this place with friends a few times before and was deeply touched by it’s trust building community centric nature. I thought it would be great to gather some of the Liberators to have a dinner there to help support them on Thursday night. It was only 2 days to promote but within minutes we already had more than 30 people attending.
This gave me the idea to give back to the givers in the way of dance party from within the restaurant. I gave Arun the owner a call and told him of the idea to help his restaurants message travel. He was taken back by the offer at first but he trusted me and said yes. He also offered to give me access to the microphone and inbuilt sound system.
The video shows what happened…
